Tandang Bermadah unveils the appreciation of multi-racial congregations - prosperity by the various traditional elements, ethnical histories and sectarians identities :: It simply portrays the beauty of life when brotherhoods take no barriers amongst humanity ::

This fusion ethnic song was first recorded by Noraniza Idris in 2002 for her debut album Aura :: The solo version of the song uses the Borneo traditional rhythms as its ethnical concepts, featuring the Sarawakians and Malay language combined together into one lengthy lyrics :: In Lenggok Noraniza Idris, this song was re-recorded as a duet with Bob AF2 (a Sarawakian himself), upgraded into a more modernized music with energetic beat, yet preserving its very ethnical essence :: Bob, despite being a newbie to the local musical industry, performed so very well in the song :: The Ulu, Bidayuh, Iban & Melanau ethnical rhythms are no alien to him hence enabling him to bring about his own identity into this great masterpiece :: His full commitment towards the 3-consecutive-days (5 hours spent on the last day!) recording process results in this everlasting memorable duet of Tandang Bermadah with the nation Traditional Pop Diva - Noraniza Idris


I personally fond of Tandang Bermadah since its solo version :: Noraniza's vocal performance through the song outstood all others, especially the introductory bit :: Lenggok nyer MAUT YG AMAT!! Aku sampai skang dok try belajo nak tiru Lenggok Kak Ani.. Tak bley2 gak buat sejiban sama cam Kak Ani.. Tensy bley??!! LOL :: Now that the song has been re-recorded into a better duet version, I have no reason at all not to put Tandang Bermadah duet Bob AF2 as one of my favourite songs!! Nak nak lagi aku dok menaruh harapan.. Mana tau one day I'd get the chance to sing this song duet with Kak Ani gak!! Wahahaha.. BERANGANNNN; JANGAN TAK BERANGANNNN!! :P

I would also like to take this opportunity to WARMLY CONGRATULATE Waheeda for the success in the production of her latest album :: MELODI AHLAN :: Indeed, all the waits, all the money, all the efforts, ALL ARE TOTALLY WORTH IT!! :: This is by far the BEST ALBUM produced by a local artist which has won my heart hands-down!! I felt soooo attached to every single song that were compiled in it (all of which are able to consume my musical soul in just ONE DAY!!) :: By far, MELODI AHLAN is ranked No. 1 in my list of favourite album, overtaking the previously-occupied territory of My Ummah (by Sami Yusuf)

I guess Noraniza Idris has one heck of a job to be done to re-win my heart and let her album be ranked No. 1 in my list hehe :: Sawo Matang (by Noraniza Idris) was the crown-album before My Ummah took over the title last year!! By all means, win back the title, KAK ANI!! ;)
